How to apply

​

Please follow the steps below:

1. Prepare your documents
   (Each document must not exceed 10 MB)

   Please do not use special characters in file names (such as &, %, $, (, ), ?, etc.) or non-Latin characters.

   Required documents:

   • Portrait photo

   • ID card, passport, or birth certificate

   • Signed Privacy Form (downloadable HERE (pdf) or HERE (doc))

   • Proof of payment fee

   • Complete list of musicians  with last name , name and date of birth (Only for Section 2 Chamber Music , Orchestra and Choir )

2. Fill in the APPLICATION FORM ( https://forms.gle/CwsMT4Aj8CLmLTqi6  ) by May 10, 2026.
